This Privacy Policy explains how Reiterate (ABN 37 693 669 028, ACN 693 669 028) (“Reiterate”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit reiterate.com.au or any of its subdomains, contact us, or engage our services.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Although our annual turnover may currently fall below the threshold that automatically binds us to the Privacy Act, we have elected to voluntarily comply with the APPs as best practice.

• Productivity and AI tooling: Google Workspace (USA), Anthropic (USA), OpenAI (USA), where used to assist our internal operations
• Professional advisors: lawyers, accountants, and auditors, where required
• Government and regulatory bodies: where required by Australian law

We may also disclose your personal information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or take legal action against any person who is damaging or interfering with our rights, property, users, or another person, or where disclosure is required by law.

Our business operations and the third-party services we use mean that personal information may be processed or stored outside Australia, including in:

• Indonesia (members of our delivery team based in Bali)

By providing personal information to us, you consent to its disclosure to overseas recipients on this basis. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your personal information in line with the APPs, including by selecting reputable providers with their own published privacy commitments.

We comply with the Australian Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We do not send unsolicited bulk email and we honour unsubscribe requests within 5 business days.

Reiterate complies with the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme under Part IIIC of the Privacy Act. If we become aware of an eligible data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information is involved, we will notify those individuals and the OAIC as soon as practicable, in line with the scheme's requirements.

Our website and services are directed at business operators and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
